POSITION SUMMARY: Will strive to advance and maintain manufacturing processes for existing products by evaluating product and manufacturing methods in a machining environment. Will assist in deploying manufacturing methods and processes for new and existing products. Audit quality control systems implemented to ensure that the production of products remains consistent with pre-established standards and specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Analyze manufacturing processes in a machining setting by applying knowledge in product design, machining, CNC programming, related tooling, and materials. Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; will research, design, modify, and develop testing manufacturing methods and equipment. Educate new CNC operators in the usage of CNC equipment on a regular basis. Advance manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Ensure product and process quality by devising testing methods, testing finished product and process capabilities, and establishing standards. Provide manufacturing decision-making information; review production schedules, and estimate future requirements. Keep equipment functional by coordinating maintenance and repair services. Comply with manufacturer's work instructions and established procedures. Complete design and development projects by educating and leading technicians. Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Troubleshoot and address customer problems and complaints relating to quality. Develop, record, and maintain quality control standards and ongoing quality control objectives. Coordinate objectives with production procedures in collaboration with engineering to further product reliability and decrease costs. Premier Truck Sales & Rental, Inc. is seeking a full-time / on-site Sales Team Assistant Responsibilities Provide key administrative and accounting support to our Sales team Track purchase agreements & sales deposits Process and validate sales quotes & sales orders Compile sales data at the request of customers or internal staff Complete internal steps to book final sales deals Complete warranty transfers on behalf of customers Issue temporary tags/registrations Coordinate with Sales team and external banks Prepare required financing documents upon request Understand and explain Ohio title process to out-of-state organizations Work with Sales & customers to complete deals efficiently Proactively follow-up with customers on all required steps until process is complete Take ownership of complete pre-funding and post-funding process Full title process. Understanding of basic accounting principles and sales processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with strong Excel skills (e.g., data analysis, VLOOKUP, etc.). Experience with sales quotes & orders, titles, and customer coordination is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
